Aubrey Chow serves as the Office Manager and Education and Prevention Assistant in the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office at Baylor University. In this role, she supports the office’s administrative operations and assists with education and prevention initiatives in collaboration with Dr. Valerie Willis, Education and Prevention Manager.

Aubrey holds an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Bakersfield College in California, where she graduated with Honors. She plans to continue her education at Baylor University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology to further her academic and professional interests in equity, civil rights, and higher education.

Aubrey began her career at Baylor University in July 2025 as a Public Safety Officer stationed at Clifton Robinson Tower. She was known for her empathetic, service-oriented approach and her commitment to going above and beyond to support and protect students, faculty, staff, visitors, and community members, including third-party contractors and campus guests. Recognized for her integrity and dedication, she was selected to join the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office, where she continues to support the University’s commitment to equity, compliance, and community well-being by empowering community members through equity-centered support.
